Kusemonozu is a sustainable “takoyaki stand” using unused fish and non-standard vegetables that suddenly appeared in a port town in the Seto Inland Sea.

It is a restaurant with a new concept where you can experience the possibilities of food with all five senses by transforming ingredients that are hard to find on the market into leading roles for lunch and dinner.

・This is a takoyaki party plan that you can enjoy while baking on your own.

・You can cook 20 takoyaki at once.

・All-you-can-eat is limited to 2 hours.

・We will provide octopus and 3 types of unused fish as ingredients for BALL.

・Each person can choose 2 of small bowls side dish from the refrigerated showcase.

・If you run out of raw materials or ingredients, please ask the staff.

・There are 10 takoyaki machines. It can accommodate up to 4 people per car.
