There is a 360-degree panoramic observation room where you can enjoy the views of Mt. Daisen and the Sea of Japan, and an exhibition room introducing the culture and history of exchanges among the countries around the Sea of Japan.

The "Yume Minato Tower" is a symbol tower that serves as a landmark of Sakaiminato, Tottori Prefecture.
It is made of a unique tensegrity structure that draws complex patterns with white frames made of steel columns and rings, and the tower is full of exhibitions of culture and specialty products from neighboring countries and various facilities.
From the observation room on the top floor, you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the Sea of Japan.
*Closed on the second Wednesday of every month. (If it is a holiday, the next day is a closed day) *There is no closed day in August.
