Precautions
- The maximum capacity per balloon ride is 8 adults.
- Rides are divided into private and shared depending on the time slot.
*6:00-6:30: Private (with drone video recording), 7:00-last: Shared
- As a special benefit for private reservations, we will film your flight with a drone and provide the video to the representative's email address after the experience.
- This is a tethered balloon experience and does not involve flying around in the sky.
- If children are included, more than 8 people may board within the total weight limit.
- Flight time and altitude may be changed or the operation may be cancelled due to weather or wind conditions.
*In case of cancellation due to bad weather or wind, the representative will be notified by email.
*The cancellation email may be sent at the last minute due to sudden weather changes.
- For children who cannot stand on their own, please prepare a baby carrier so that both hands of the guardian are free.
- Children under elementary school must be accompanied by a guardian.
- Participants will be asked to complete a survey after the experience.
